Terms & Conditions

The Sea-Mountain (henceforth the “Company”) assumes that the user/visitor (henceforth the ”User”) of the Website has read and accepted  the following rules of use before any transaction with our store. We thank you for your preference in our Company.

1) Prices mentioned in the site are retail prices and include 24% VAT. The Company reserves the right to change prices whenever deemed necessary. The User has the option of receiving either wholesale invoice or retail receipt.

2) The Company bears no responsibility if any of the items advertised in the Website are unavailable for any reason. In case such an item is ordered the Company must notify by means of phone or email the User to amend or cancel the order.

3) The technical characteristics provided in the Web store are those provided by the manufacturers or the importers and the Company shall not be accounted for them. The Company will not provide any form of guarantee (written or verbal) , promise of good performance or any sort or guarantee extension of its own other than the guarantee provided by the manufacturer/importer of said product.

4) In case of a product malfunction, if said product is within the manufacturer/importer guarantee, the terms and conditions of that guarantee will be in use. Incurring transportation costs from the User to the manufacturer/importer (and return) in order to replace/repair the product will be paid in full by the User and no other.

5) The content of the Website is the Company’s Copyright material and any use/reproduction of it by others is restricted to private use only.

6) The Company guarantees that personal information (such as credit card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses) provided by Users are safe. They will not be made public or be given out unless asked by the proper government authorities.

7) The User assumes the responsibility of any damages that may incur to his/her electronic equipment during the visit to our Website if it is caused by unforeseen factors and not by the Company’s willful misconduct.

8) The Company states that in case of any attempt to discredit it by a third party in electronic platforms such as blogs, forums etc. it will take any lawful action deemed necessary against anyone responsible in order to protect its interests and restore its reputation.

9) In the Website there is place allocated for the User to provide feedback or criticism. Despite that, if a critique contains slurs or material that is flagrantly promotional or derogatory the Company reserves the right to either erase or amend said critique.

 10) There will be no refunds.  The User can (no matter what the reason) return or exchange any item purchased for some other but the transportation cost to and from the Company will burden him/her entirely. The return is acceptable if and only if the item purchased returns in perfect condition in its package accompanied by the receipt/invoice of purchase.

 11) If the Company is responsible for sending to the User the wrong item for an order placed it will assume the transportation cost back and forth so that the User does not incur additional cost due to the Company’s error.

 12) The Company shall fill out the order within 1 to 3 working days. The Company will not be held responsible in case the order is delayed by the Post Office or any other means of transportation the User has elected no matter what the reason may be (accident-bad weather-strike etc.)
